On behalf of managements and the organization, I extend my sincere congratulations to esteemed leaders for being appointed to the Education and Information Technology Division. May this responsibility bring significant progress to education, not only in Indonesia but worldwide.

Today’s education system is shifting from a traditional system to the digital era. This transformation did not happen overnight; it has been a long process evolving with the times.

Our education journey has seen many changes. Before the digital age, learning relied on textbooks and face-to-face interaction. Yet, long before COVID-19, information technology was introduced through platforms such as Google Classroom, Blackboard, Moodle, Edmodo, WebCT, and others.

When the pandemic struck, WFH (Work From Home) and SFH (Study From Home) or Distance Learning (DL/PJJ) became the norm. Google Classroom, Zoom, and similar platforms bridged the gap between teachers and students.

Now, we witness a further shift with EI (Education Intelligence) / AI (Artificial Intelligence) and advanced technology systems. Technology is no longer just a tool but an assistant that enhances critical thinking and creativity, not replacing human reasoning.

Future Aspirations

With your involvement in IT and Education, let us together create a system that is:

  • Efficient and effective

  • Free from dependency

  • Encouraging reasoning and creativity

  • Positioning technology as an assistant, not a substitute for human intelligence

Let us build an adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable education ecosystem, preparing every graduate to confidently face future challenges.

Congratulations on your appointment and best wishes for continued success!
